About WWC

As I explained in WendellWebcomic #1, I blogged under the pen name Wendell for about 10 years (and wrote and did other stuff using that alias since I was in college a million years ago).  Comic strips have been a life-long love of mine, and as I slowly fell out of love with the weblog, I grew to love the webcomic even more. With my limited artistic training (and rather limited artistic skill), I chose for my first attempt at webcomicking to do it about my alter-ego’s adventures in the ‘blogosphere’ (partly because it saves me from drawing much in the way of action scenes). But it is also about the relationship between the creator and his creation, as I carry on a conversation with “Wendell the Comic Character.” Much cheaper than therapy, at least for now.
